Yes. All projects follow a 50/50 payment structure: 50% deposit to begin, 50% upon delivery.

For projects over $2,000, we can discuss splitting payments into additional installments if needed. We want to make boutique services accessible while maintaining sustainable business practices.

Most projects are finalized within the included 2 revision rounds. However, if you need additional revisions beyond what's included, they're available for $300 per round.

We'll always discuss this with you before proceeding—no surprise charges. Our goal is to get your content perfect, and most clients find 2 rounds is plenty with clear initial direction.

However, our monthly packages (Foundation, Momentum, Acceleration) serve Healthcare, Outdoor Recreation, and Real Estate. Those include blog posts, social media content, and website copy as part of ongoing marketing support.

Rush projects (cutting the timeline in half) are available for +50% of the project fee, subject to current capacity availability.

For example, a Healthcare White Paper normally takes 4-6 weeks. With rush delivery, it would be completed in 2-3 weeks for an additional 50% fee ($3,500 project becomes $5,250).

Yes, absolutely. Upon final payment, you own full rights to the content. You can use it however you'd like—publish it, distribute it, modify it, or repurpose it for other channels.

The only restriction is that Jamie retains the right to use non-confidential, de-identified project examples in her portfolio or marketing materials (e.g., "Healthcare White Paper for Cardiology Practice"). Specific client names and proprietary information remain confidential unless you provide permission.
